INPATIENT THERAPY

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Jackson Park Hospital (JPH) offers inpatient physical, speech, language, and swallow therapy to inpatients recovering from illness, injury and surgery.  The goal is to maximize the patient’s rehabilitation potential and to improve their functional abilities prior to discharge.

Our experienced, knowledgeable and caring therapy staff members work under the direction of your attending physician and work closely with JPH’s other medical and professional staff to coordinate the most effective and comprehensive care during your inpatient stay. 

OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday   8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at JPH also offers a comprehensive outpatient program for:

Physical Therapy
Speech, Language, and Swallow Therapy

We offer easy scheduling and timely appointments, often within the same week, so that we can get you on your road to recovery as soon as possible.  We take pride in our compassionate one on one care and treating you as part of our family.
