The Jackson Park Hospital Family Medicine Center is located on the first floor of our beautiful new medical office building. The Family Medicine Residency Program with the physicians fills the entire first floor, is supported by Jackson Park Hospital, a comprehensive community teaching hospital.
The aim of Family Medicine is to give you and your entire family your own personal physician who looks out for your well being by providing preventive care and early detection of illness. This is done through regular health screenings, taking care of you when you're sick, and referring you to qualified specialists when needed. The Center is staffed by board certified specialists in family medicine and pediatrics, and a support staff of nurses and medical assistants; specialists in internal medicine, surgery, behavioralist, social worker, dietician and other subspecialities are available for consultation.
