First Annual Community Health Fair

Jackson Park Hospital proudly hosts its First Annual Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 24th, outside of our Medical Office Building at 1625 E. 75th Street. This event will address health and safety issues affecting children, young adults and senior citizens in the Chicago area.
