Palliative Care is the process of providing the most comfortable and pain free existence for a patient who is facing a disease where there is no medical care. Palliative Care is available for all ages and for illnesses such as:

- Kidney, Liver, Lung Disease
- Heart Disease
- Alzheimer’s/Dementia
- Cancer
- HIV/AIDS
Jackson Park Hospital has developed a team of specially trained professionals to help you and your loved one through this difficult end-of-life process. Services include:
- Comfort care
- Pain management
- Bereavement support
- Hospice care
- Assist families with financial matters
Our participating physicians are Board Certified, affording you the extra comfort of specially trained doctors. Our specialist physicians are available for consultations. Our trained nursing staff, social workers, and Chaplains provide physical, mental, and spiritual guidance.
